Job Description
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and work flow.
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
- Handling the data base and suggest innovative techniques to handle the information.
- Handle complaints from customers.
- Create reports, analyze and interpret Sales data, like revenues, competition and challenges.
- Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with other departments to achieve their requirements.
- Follow up with customers concerning their technical and financial requirements.
- Review contracts and purchase orders.
- Deputize the manager in some meeting (inside and outside the company premises).
- Replaces the manager when he is absent.
Job Requirements
- BSc in engineering - Mechanical Departments (power, industrial, manufacturing, etc.).
- Proven experience for minimum 2 years as sales engineer, sales manager assistant or similar position.
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics.
- Proficient user of MS Office (word, power point and Excel in particular).
- Good command of English and Arabic languages.
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
