Job Description

KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Review and calculate the monthly payroll variables.
  • Responsible for the Handicapped employees and ensure compliance with the Law
  • Responsible for hiring and all personnel issues.
  • Responsible for all the recruitment cycle.
  • Developing and implementing OD, benefits and motivation programs.
  • Responsible for changes implementation and compliance with the Social insurance employee share and company share
  • Ensure compliance and applying of Disciplinary policy after conducting investigations with employees if required.
  • Leading and managing both remotely and office staff in a good manner.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Basic Local Labor Law knowledge is a must

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

  • At least 7 years experience in all HR functions
  • OD Experience is a must
  • Leadership Skills
  • High communication skills
  • Preferred experience in software industry
  • Females only
