Job Description

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities by building business relationships with potential clients.
  • Assuring the prospect of customers satisfaction and following up with daily/weekly progress reports or conference calls.
  • Creating their own sales strategy in regards to lead generation and screening, the best way to approach potential clients and how to deal with prospects to close them
  • Communicating internally & externally if necessary to close the project's deal or contract (NDA/SLA) “non-disclosure & Service level agreements”.
  • Develop a time management plan for the daily activities in regards to cold calls, introduction emails, quotations and follow-ups (warm calls/emails)
  • Reaching out to the technical team (PM/VM/TD) to get the required information for each request/quotation.
  • Registering and filling all the information requested on any prospect’s website or database *(online/offline) such as vendor/supplier’s applications.
  • Communicating internally & externally if necessary to close the project's deal or contract (NDA/SLA) “non-disclosure & Service level agreements”.
  • Coordinating business generation activities and responding to client requests for proposals.
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Contact new prospects and arrange meetings with them to demonstrate our service.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Localization field is a MUST
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients.
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and different regions.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
  • Positive and enthusiastic.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
