Job Description

  • Designs, executes and manages Quantitative and Qualitative projects including, analyses, execution, proposals writing, report writing and presentation to ensure schedule and budget requirements are met to ensure company growth and profitability.
  • Applies and demonstrates an advanced level of understanding and knowledge of appropriate statistical applications and research design techniques to provide consultancy to client Service team.
  • Translates research data into actionable insights and recommendations through reports and presentations.
  • Monitors the work of other staff members on projects to ensure work tasks are completed according to the project management plan for seamless timely quality work within budget.
  • Collaborates with, coach, manage, motivate, and inspire other exceptional researchers to achieve research excellence.
  • Develops and provides superb communication skills in client service consultation, project management and team collaboration.
  • Partner with data processing / data analytics / project management/development teams to constantly optimize and develop research outcomes & quality.
  • Practices and demonstrates exemplary work ethics, self-motivation in learning and taking on new challenges to support sales for the company.
  • Any other tasks and projects as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the job (Business Administration-Statistics-Economics –Mass Communication- Marketing).
  • 4-6 years of experience in consumer and customized research; in research agencies corporates.
  • Strong understanding of research principles: quantitative, qualitative, retail audit is plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytic skills.
  • Strong managerial skills.
