Job Description
- Follow-up on Online Checking Of Financial Customer Transactions and record them instantly.
- Record accounts and make sure they match the balances.
- Follow-up on Customer Requests Through Our Program (Transfer – Modification – Adding,...) With Regards to Our Services (Servers–Hosting - Domain Services,....).
- Close or Activate The Client Membership, Based on Customer Affairs Logical Reason.
- Sending Daily Reports.
- Follow up on pending orders.
- Follow up on PayPal transfers and make sure that the transfer data matches the client's membership data.
- Review all paid bills and invoices.
- Make sure services have been renewed correctly (which have been paid by clients).
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office / especially excel sheets
- General math skills .
- Good in written/spoken English & Arabic .
- Fast typing.
