Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services in coordination with export section head.
Execute export documentation requirements, which include commercial invoices and ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.
Responsible for making the transportation of vehicles cost-effective, and that they are safely and efficiently transported to their destination.
Develop relationships with new and existing customers and compile information to maximize sales closing.
Make daily reports on sales and achieve monthly sales targets as agreed.
Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze all competitor activities.
Analyze all market coverage and plan all required resources and ensure compliance to all timeframe.
Review export sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organization. Identify research and contact potential customers and build a long-term business relationship with them.
Compile presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Assess customer needs and suggest the appropriate products and achieve productivity in each call.
Seek out new customers and open new markets.
Cooperate with other sales teams and departments to push sales activities.
Handle customer problem-solving alternatives.
Cooperate with the after sales department for maintenance and spare parts contracts.
Obtain information and sales data on area surveys.
Handle product delivery in coordination with parties concerned.
