Job Description
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services in coordination with export section head.
- Execute export documentation requirements, which include commercial invoices and ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.
- Responsible for making the transportation of vehicles cost-effective, and that they are safely and efficiently transported to their destination.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers and compile information to maximize sales closing.
- Make daily reports on sales and achieve monthly sales targets as agreed.
- Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze all competitor activities.
- Analyze all market coverage and plan all required resources and ensure compliance to all timeframe.
- Review export sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organization. Identify research and contact potential customers and build a long-term business relationship with them.
- Compile presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Assess customer needs and suggest the appropriate products and achieve productivity in each call.
- Seek out new customers and open new markets.
- Cooperate with other sales teams and departments to push sales activities.
- Handle customer problem-solving alternatives.
- Cooperate with the after sales department for maintenance and spare parts contracts.
- Obtain information and sales data on area surveys.
- Handle product delivery in coordination with parties concerned.
- Fulfill any additional tasks as per job needs
Job Requirements
- Fluent in French is a must
- Bachelor's Degree from mechanical engineering.
- 0 - 5 years of experience
- Sales certificate will be an asset
- Excellent negotiation Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
