Job Description
- Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is Provided accordingly.
- Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess
- Legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.
- Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate Courses of action have been taken.
- Drafting legal documents
- Preparing and filing government reports
- Negotiating employee contracts
- Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters
- Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products
- Representing the corporation before administrative boards and court trials
- Providing supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services.
Job Requirements
- Real Estate experience is a MUST.
- Faculty of law – Prefer English section
- Experience +3 years.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent command of spoken & written Arabic & English with perfect selection of legal terminology
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary
- Ability to provide independent advice (orally and in writing) to senior level management on highly technical matters;
- Good planning and organization skills
