Job Description
- Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve targets.
- Implement Sales initiatives and strategies to target customer for new business development.
- Perform customer site visits to discuss their needs, sales promotion and to assess the quality of company’s relationship with them and collect market knowledge.
- Encourage on generating new leads through telephone conversations exhibition and other means to generate leads and close new deals.
- Prepare Sales Budget benchmarking competitors.
- Analyze and collect competitor information to improve sales strategies.
- Discuss price quotations samples requests projects utilizing in-house.
- Diagnose causes of customer complaints and give solutions.
- Discuss and provide weekly and monthly report on sales team performance.
Job Requirements
- Experience in feed sales.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Extensive customer contact for product promotion.
- Excellent business relationship management skills, persuading and influencing people to generate and secure higher levels of business.
- High education degree (Bachelors).
