About Us

ECH Company is a leader in the textile industry we are a supply chain, sales and marketing firm under the umbrella of CTIHC working in the local and international markets, and its investments in the textile industry reaches 21 billion Egyptian Pounds. ECH is building a Direct-To-Consumer model that is fully focused on serving best cotton products to our consumers, with a plan to open 25 stores within 2 years and multi-channeling in e-commerce featuring our home grown brand NIT.

Summary

This position will be to deliver and maintain exemplary standards of visual merchandising, including designing promotional campaigns, giving recommendations, and implementing action plans. Will train the store staff on brand standards, provide on-going coaching, and be a pivotal part of the brand team, working to implement plans for new store openings. Will also be responsible for assessing the visual standards of the store and ensuring best practice is followed by staff

Responsibilities

• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Ensure all windows are presented to a high standard including mannequins dressing & positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, & steaming & price communication
• Ensure brand’s VM & standards are held to a high standard
• Produce window displays, interiors, signs, floor plans and special promotions displays
• Be accountable for maintaining all the visual merchandising materials in good shape without damages 
• Efficiently use the visual merchandising materials without piling them up in the warehouse 
• Maintain direct channel with the store managers for customer feedbacks on visual in-store experience
• Maintain the correct distribution of visual materials between the stores
• Suggest the new stores’ visual material budget to the brand manager & marketing
