- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our projects
- Answer questions about projects or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
- Gathering and documenting customer information and update in the database
- Meeting sales quotas.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Females only
- It is preferable to live near New Cairo.
