Job Description
As a Senior Backend Engineer you’ll be working with engineers on issues related to design business requirements, as well as ensuring that the development standard and policies are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technologies, tools, and techniques used within the team.
- Work closely with Product and Engineers on issues related to design and business requirements.
- Ensure that the development standard, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that tasks are accurately estimated and delivered according to the schedule.
- Reviewing colleagues, tasks and doing technical interviews
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
- 4-6 years of work experience in software development, including experience in one of the following languages java(spring) or Golang.
- Experience with Cloud vendors like AWS is a MUST.
- Experience with the microservice world is a MUST.
- Experience in one of the following: Angular, react, or Vuejs.
- Experience in writing optimized SQL queries.
- Large scale systems design experience
