Job Description

Green Solutions Sales Engineer 

This is an exciting opportunity if you want to develop your business and technical skills. You will be working with our team offering green solutions to the market including our renowned green walls, where Schaduf has long established itself as a market leader. Other product lines include our roof garden solutions and green roofs. The dynamic business environment will give you lots of flexibility to explore different opportunities and enhance your technical knowledge while broadening your commercial sense.  

Part of the candidate’s task will include the following activities:    

  • Search and discover market opportunities, prospect promising clients and communicating to arrange for meeting with decision makers.
  • Conduct technical-sales presentations to target customers and seize opportunities for offering company’s products and services.
  • Collect all necessary information to evaluate the target customers’ requirements including application technical information, current challenges facing the customer, and current competing suppliers.
  • Prepare offers for target customers
  • Close sales deals successfully through effective negotiation and close follow up to translate customer inquiries into purchase orders.
  • Conduct periodic sales visits with field engineers to potential customers
  • Dealing with various clients in construction sectors from real estate developers, hotel and restaurant owners, contractors, architectural consultants and interior designers).

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have: 

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and must be willing to learn at a fast pace 
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the construction industry.  
  • Good connections in the market with real estate developers, contractors & consultants.  
  • Bachelor's degree in construction or civil engineering (preferred but not a must).
