Job Description
- Do all HR Operations.
- Follow up on the Hiring process and documents.
- Handling Personnel files.
- All HR Administration (e.g. setting interviews appointments, issuing all types of HR letters, Updating employees leaves balances, )
- Handling Employees attendance record
- Experience in payroll.
- Posting job ads on City's website and other media channels after obtaining the requested senior management approvals and associated job descriptions.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the HR field.
- HR Diploma or its equivalent is more preferable.
- Very good user of MS office.
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Egyptian labor law.
- Good Data analysis and follow up skills.
- Good Problem solving and very good communication skills.
