Job Description
- Planning, Studying, and collecting data of manufacturing process to determine costs of business.
- Regularly analyze and maintain standard cost matrices to compare it with actual costs.
- Develop and maintain budgets that compare projected to actual
- Determine the cost of products per day and Production Orders Deviation / Comp. Qty.
- Preparation for Work in Process Cost Analysis.
- Control to Operation Report of product at all process operation
- Analyzes cost indicators and parameters indicated in summaries and present recommendations designed to improve break-even targets.
- Prepare the feasibility studies for new products. Analyze Budget variance.
- Preparing monthly costing report for top management. Control & monitor production orders, Warehouses.
- Prepare products costing sheets. Allocating overhead, wages and other expenses
- Allocating service production centers. · Allocating utilities cost
- Responsible for allocation of total Operation Costs to planned volumes for identifying Cost per unit.
- Preparing and analyzing Profit margins for each product monthly.
- Responsible for monthly inventory valuation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting
- At least 5 years experience in cost accounting
- Excellent user of Microsoft office.
