Job Description

A Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs. This includes issues raised by current and future employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, labor negotiations, and employee relations.

Recruitment: 

  • Provide a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and screening resumes to come up with a shortlist.
  • Scheduling interviews for the shortlist with the HR Business Partner .

Personnel:

  • Maintains personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes.
  • Handling the employees Medical & Social Insurance & Subscription of the ATM card.
  • Organizing the employees files (Required Docs, Contract/Contract renewal, Holidays, Vacation requests …Etc.)
    Issuing HR Letters for employees .
  • Assist in making form 1 & 6 for employees .

Any other Job related may be added .

Job Requirements

  • HR experience in Personnel and recruitment from 1- 3 years .
  • Experience in Personnel is a MUST .
  • Good Command of English.
  • Motivated & hard worker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to learn and develop.
  • Males are preferred due to business needs .
  • Reporting Skills
  • Excellent excel use
