- Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing various strategies
- Coordinate operations within the organization, including sales
- Division of tasks between departments of the company
- Monitor retail operating costs and available budgets and materials
- Communicate with clients and assess their needs on an ongoing basis
- Create reports and analyze the activities of the departments and projects that the company provides
- Follow-up of all employees and ensure compliance with the company's basics
