Job Description

  • Responsible for the configuration and implementation of new requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and IT problems.
  • Analyse and ensure the reliability of the communications systems on the regular basis to provide highest level of performance, ability, and security
  • Monitor infrastructure
  • Track and analyse fault histories in the long-term resolution of intermittent problems
  • Handles and follow-up on cases opened with equipment suppliers
  • Receive inquiries from different teams regarding current or planned projects and takes appropriates action to resolve problems or plan for upgrades, On-call in case of emergency

Job Requirements

  • Computer Engineering / Computer Science Degree.
  • General IT and Telecommunication Background.
  • Language Skills: Very Good English (oral/written).
  • Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work well through others.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet agreed due date.
