- Need an analyst to analyze real estate deals for our company.
We will train you on how to:
- Evaluate the monetary value of houses.
- Estimate needed repairs.
- Find the potential profit.
Job Requirements
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills in English. In both, speaking and writing.
- Must have FAST internet at home.
- Excel proficiency
- Must be able to work according to U.S. schedule From 10AM to 6PM CST ( 6PM to 2AM Egypt Time)
- Must be comfortable talking to people on the phone and cold calling potential clients.
Preferred skills (Not required):
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and oral)
- Capable using Microsoft Office applications including word and excel
- Entrepreneurial and highly motivated
- Ability to work independently
