Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
  • Diagnose issues with computer software and hardware.
  • Run software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Follow up daily server backup.

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 1-2  years working as a Help Desk.
  • Proven working experience in providing Help Desk Support.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills..
