Job Description

  • Set, plan and implement PR agenda, social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Responsible for Branding sponsorship 
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Builds and manages effective internal relationships with the Retail Store Operations and Merchandising/Planning teams. Ensures product and store allocations provides a cohesive strategy and brand experience.
  • Achieves operation excellence through timely monitoring of reports to meet or exceed Social objectives with regards to expense control.
  • Creates and communicates relevant and effective presentations for team meetings.
  • Build relationships with customers, Fashion retail industry professionals and journalists
  • Design and organize online and offline community events
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Remains effective in a changing environment and manages change. Adjusts priorities to meet goals and commitments, ensures continued alignment across the business process, and responds effectively to constantly changing demands.

Job Requirements

  • Max age 40
  • Motivated and passionate about community management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms
  • Native in Arabic language and capable of using English as a working language.
  • Flexibility to travel for business purposes
  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Fashion and retail background is a great advantage
  • +8 years of experience in communication , public relations or event plan
