Job brief

We are looking for a senior digital marketing specialist who has great abilities to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including social media ads, email and display advertising campaigns
  • Lead the team of digital marketing and insure work is streamlined with all departments to meetup marketing campaign schedules
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and check feasibility

Job Requirements

Skills needed

  • Candidates should have a strong know-how of current digital marketing tools such as google analytics, Snapchat ads, GGoogle adwords and Facebook ads manager.
  •  Analyzing and optimizing campaigns is a key factor for this position, candidates must have strong knowledge in this field. 
  • Senior digital marketing specialist roles include marketing working with other marketing team members, supporting content creation teams and streamline marketing campaigns with vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages
  • Solid knowledge of website and mobile app analytics tools (google analytics and firebase)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in campaign setup and optimization in Google Adwords, Facebook ads manager and Snapchat ads manager
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
