Job Description
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products.
- Traveling to visit potential clients.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Monitor and follow up on client accounts and collections.
- Analyzing sales and market.
- Preparing reports for head office.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Recording and maintaining client’s contact data.
- Coordinating sales turnkey projects.
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client’s need.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Solving client’s problems.
- Helping in designs and custom-made products.
- Providing training and producing support material for the customers’ team.
Job Requirements
- An Irrigation, Agricultural Bachelor’s degree holder, or any advancements related certificates.
- Proven Sales Experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be able to communicate technological solutions and product knowledge not only to technical but to business users as well.
- Understanding of the sales cycle and where the sales engineering team is responsible.
- Must be an advanced Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build a strong relationship with clients and customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for details.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to enter data and generate reports.
