Job Description

  • Process, administer and revise Payroll data and elements: earnings, deductions, time sheets, etc.
  • Administer, track, revise and post travel-related expenses. 
  • Coordinate with Banks to maintain a smooth and effective transfer process 
  • Compile and present periodic and ad-hoc reports
  • Assist in Conducting salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
  • Responsible for verbal and written communications related to compensation. 
  • Coordinate actively with Finance for proper budgeting and allocation of labor cost.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience preferably within the Technology or Engineering sectors
  • HR certificate is a must.
  • Previous experience working with Oracle EBS
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Sound knowledge of the Regulatory and Legislative-related to Income Tax, Social Insurance
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent ability to work with NUMBERS – a real number cruncher!
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Good English and Arabic writing skills
