Job Description
- Issues all construction design documents and conducting quality checks on all incoming documents.
- Provides general support with project management and team.
- Receives and saves all electronic information and hard copies as required.
- Maintains the project information database by ensuring that all incoming and outgoing data is stored.
- Monitors the project email inbox for any actions.
- Monitors due dates for drawings, ensuring that all information is released on time.
- Monitors the project program to highlight key dates and assist with successful completion.
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control.
- Coordination and control of engineering documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or business or relevant field
- Construction field background is preferred
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
