Job Description
A Medical Manager is needed for hiring and will be managing the following units:
- Medical approvals
- Hotline
- Case management
- Doctors onsite
- Pharma unit (acute & chronic)
Job duties:
- Monitor the agreed SLA and TAT and set the plan to correct it if needed.
- Liaise with HR to hire DOS to match client location and other requirements
- Monitor DOS attendance
- Monitor DOS prescriptions quality to match the company quality requirements
- Solve any client complaint related to DOS.
- Liaise with CSOO and process excellence to implement and monitor all upcoming projects related to medical department services and outcomes.
- Weekly and monthly reports is required related to core process and functions
Job Requirements
- Must be a Physician
- 10+ years of experience in medical care / health insurance industry
- People management experience
- Excellent English language (written & spoken)
- Post graduate studies in management is a plus
- Highly skilled in dealing with technology
