Job Description
1- Managing Bank Structure:
- Opening / closing bank accounts, managing authorized bank signatories & managing banks relations.
2- Cash management:
- Cash forecasts, monitoring cash flows, daily cash management, loans & deposits, monitoring bank facilities in all aspects & new facilities generation, updating existing facilities, managing Short and Medium term lending and financing,
3- Monitoring subsidiaries inter-company accounts.
4- Ensuring compliance with policies & procedures.
5- Foreign Currency Transactions:
- FX transactions and interest rates.
6- Issuance of LCs & LGs& form 4:
- Reviewing, negotiating & approving issuance of letters of credit & letters of Guarantee & form 4 .
- 7-Reporting:
- Preparing and analyzing management reports.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in finance or accounting
- 7-10 years’ experience
- MS proficiency is a Must
- Excellent English language.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ERP-CM (Infor is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Hardworking, pro-active and multi-tasked skills.
- Team work experience and self-motivated skills.
- Should have a thorough understanding of derivatives, hedging, investments, bank account management, and international funds flow
