Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Provide support and information about rideshare and app-based transportation services (by email)
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies / procedures
- Create and update folders and databases with personal, financial and other data
- Process and manage customer accounts
- Own and manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceeded
- Contribute to our Client's brand image and improvement of services
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must
- Flexibility with rotational shifts
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
