Job Description
- Analyzing training needs and developing training plans with managers.
- Create, modify, and review quality procedures and work instructions
- Execute test suites. Perform exploratory, performance/load, integration, end-to-end, and acceptance testing.
- Analyze and document test results. Files defects, elaborating on expected and identified behavior, and identifying the area/cause of defect.
- Create test plans, reviews/tests requirements.
- Validate and verify resolved defects.
- Follow standard change and version control processes.
- Plan activities and report on progress alignment against plans.
- Assist top management with root cause analysis and corrective actions associated with installation issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Master in Electrical Field is preferred
- Strong experience in electrical, installation and maintenance of UPS, DC, BMS, Solar Systems and Data Center infrastructure
- Solid understanding of the project management lifecycle.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Being highly disciplined, organized, and having an eye for detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of Quality control and Assurance techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Excellent communications, presentations, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Self-driven and proactive spirit.
