Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years digital marketing and social media experience
- Having Advertising Agency Background
- Availability to monitor social media channels daily
The qualities that will make you successful in this role include:
- Strong writing skills with experience creating highly engaging blog and social media posts ( Arabic/English )
- Passion for creating and consuming new content types including graphics, blog posts and videos, and distributing these assets to our social community
- A self-starter with the willingness, and desire, to "roll up your sleeves" and get the job done
- Experience using social media monitoring tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work cross-functionally and in teams
- Preference for working in a fast-paced, and have cosmetics background ( Preferable in cosmetics or FMCG`s but not must )
- Experience analyzing and summarizing data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Experience creating and managing paid social advertising campaigns
- Overwhelming passion for today's social networking technologies
