You are looking for an opportunity to join an early-stage startup in digital marketing automation which will revolutionize how SMEs get the work done in the digital advertising space. You have a natural interest in digital advertising, technology and are excited about-facing challenges with no straight and multi-tasker with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude. You are fun to work with and ready to join our dream.

You will be one of our first employees in Egypt and as such we will have very high expectations of you. As the first strategic employee, you will appreciate to take on the role of the initial Project Manager and as the team grows. You'll be helping in creating a company that has high potential growth in the digital advertising space. Willingness to take a risk on an early-stage startup, potentially for a huge reward.

The purpose of the Digital Strategy Manager role is to lead the development, planning, and implementation of our digital strategy, including both customer-facing and internally facing initiatives.

You will rather have equity and revenue share than a big paycheck as your monetary compensation will not be in line with what you would get in the market.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute innovative strategies for customer acquisition & retention.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Day-to-day requirements of communications planning working closely with CEO and CCO.
  • Develop a digital content plan that will increase web traffic, convert sales, increase brand loyalty, and customer engagement.
  • Manage our digital marketing channels and execute social media and online campaigns.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to marketing initiatives, setting goals, and generating monthly KPI reports.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, allocated service quotas, and targeted audience.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Create and develop a powerful team
  • Set KPIs & OKRs

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Digital mindset/fluency and an insatiable curiosity for Innovation
  • Sign of “excellence”, in whatever field you set your mind to, be it academics or professional.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
