Job Description

  • Manage all types of Clients requests and inquiries received by CSD team
  • Coordinating Clients’ concerns with the designated departments.
  • Constant follow up on Clients pending issues up till accomplishment.
  • Providing Clients with alternatives and solutions that suit their cases while abiding to the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Must have full knowledge and understanding of all company's projects along with the policies and procedures for each and every project.
  • Updating work process to better suit current work flow
  • Measuring Residents’ satisfaction.
  • Payments follow up and collections.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a customer service Representative at least 2 years.
  • Proven Working experience in real estate field
  • Bachelor degree of law is preferable
  • Previous Experience working with CRM application.
  • Customer Handling &Negotiation Skills & Problem Solving & Presentation Skills.
  • Proficiency in English
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
