Job Description
- Responsible for creating SLA – Service level agreement with the different suppliers with coordination with the head of supply.
- Responsible for creating PO’s for the accepted requests.
- Review and confirm the needed spec’s and select the best supplier from our vendor list
- Follow up with the suppliers till order delivered by defining the time of delivery and coordinate with the sales rep. in the location
- Create and follow up our inventory if exists to define the needed stock.
- Get updated with the market and drivers’ needs
- Build a good relationship with the supplier by making visits/ calls and continuously follow up with them.
- Give hand to sales team to achieve their targets smoothly by handling any complaints and working with the suppliers on solutions.
- Resolves drivers’ complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and drivers’ sales and submit it to the line manager.
Job Requirements
- BC Degree
- 3-5 years experience in the same field is a MUST
- In/Out work office
- Ability to travel is a MUST
- High Communication Skills & problem solving.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
