Job Description
- Ensure recruitment policy, procedures & process is inline and supporting strategic business objectives.
- Qualifying and interviewing candidates, performing detailed reference checking, extending and negotiating offers of employment, and evaluate each candidate according to his/her skills, knowledge, experience & write assessment reports
- Work closely with hiring Mgr.’s to define the hire the best fit into company
- Develop and implement strategic and innovative recruiting plans to open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
- Responsible for fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities to ensure that the recruitment and hiring process is in line with the man power plan
- Plan & execute recruitment activities in terms of different advertisement tools, CV screening, phone screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews and sending offer letter to the accepted candidates
- Monitor key HR recruitment metrics & SLA, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Responsible for recruiting white collars & blue collars as well
- Participate effectively and professionally in Salary Survey and Market salary research activities.
- Participate in job fairs & recruitment events
- Assist the HR department in any needed tasks
- Maximize company visibility by creating and maintaining an adequate pipeline of candidates through the use of job boards and social networking sites
- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Up to date with new recruitment trends and use innovative techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
- Provide regular reports to analyze, monitor, measure, and improve recruitment factors such as time-to-fill positions, identifying most effective recruitment sources, analyzing recruitment trends and challenges etc.
- Conduct effective competency based interviews.
- Conduct exit interviews, and try the best to obtain the accurate information from the exited employee or any other source available & analyze the data
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
- +2 years of recruitment experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent command of English
- HR Diploma/Certificate is a plus.
- Ability to work under stress and handle a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
