Job Description
- Design a picture of success of our representative journey.
- Understands the needs of our representative and find new initiatives to improve their satisfaction and engagement.
- Responsible for defining clear expectations of representative experience by segment. Aligned with Avon’s purpose, insights and representative expectations, working cross-functionally to improve the overall representative experience
- Work closely with the Sales, Activation and Communication teams to address gaps identified to arrest the trends by means of active engagement, incentives, activations or communications.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a numerical discipline ideally Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- Sales understanding with experience in Sales or Sales Support roles
- Strong decision making skills
- Experience in project management
- Good communication skills and potential to lead a small team
- Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office Applications, MS Access, expertise on Excel)
- Excellent English language skills
