Job Description

  • Design a picture of success of our representative journey.
  • Understands the needs of our representative and find new initiatives to improve their satisfaction and engagement.
  • Responsible for defining clear expectations of representative experience by segment. Aligned with Avon’s purpose, insights and representative expectations, working cross-functionally to improve the overall representative experience
  • Work closely with the Sales, Activation and Communication teams to address gaps identified to arrest the trends by means of active engagement, incentives, activations or communications.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a numerical discipline ideally Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
  • Sales understanding with experience in Sales or Sales Support roles
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Experience in project management 
  • Good communication skills and potential to lead a small team
  • Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office Applications, MS Access, expertise on Excel)
  • Excellent English language skills
