Job Description
- Own the customer lifecycle Management process by running and implementing End to End promotions & campaigns working with relevant teams to implement
- Find ideas to improve growth KPIs by continuously testing different ideas
- Manage Fatura platform highlighting key areas of improvement, and working with relevant teams to enhance performance
- Work closely with the growth analytics team to evaluate campaign results, develop learnings, and implement relevant changes emerging from the learnings
- Work with the sales team on activation and reactivation campaigns targeting various customer segments to drive retention
- Manage promotions Budget Assuring Effectiveness
- Manage Promotions & campaigns Communications & day to day operations with all stallholders
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Business or Marketing Background
- Previous experience in a startup or an E-commerce platform is A plus
- Excellent Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , power point , Outlook )
- Creative Mindset & Artistic eye
- Analytical Thinking
- Strong & Flexible communication skills
