- Contact potential clients to offer them available properties.
- Making Appointment to meet new and existing customers.
- Follow up and CRM updating.
- Personal Ads.
- Advise clients on market condition, prices and new projects.
- Gain knowledge about all projects, developers and market updates.
- Compare properties and projects with similar to determine best choice for customers.
- Arrange meeting for clients for showing visits and developers visits.
- Achieve sales Target and edit periodical Reports.
- Weekly and monthly meeting with sales manager.
- Report to sales manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is must.
- Presentable.
- Target Oriented.
- From one to three years, experience in Real Estate.
- Experience in New Cairo or New Capital market is preferred.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
