1. Mission

The Compliance & Risk Officer provides security within its perimeter. He ensures that the measures implemented are in line with the risks involved. It also puts in place measures to identify possible frauds. He manages the protection of personal data.

2. Main Activities

2.1 Information Security Repository

• Delineate group policies and standards when necessary (for example: adaptation to the country's regulations...)
• Define and update any procedures and procedures related to information security
• Ensure that the information security repository is properly disseminated and applied or that it is available on its perimeter
• Consolidating a safety dashboard

2.2 Awareness and training

• Help with programming and ensure employee participation in information security awareness programs
• Raising users' awareness of information security

2.3 Risk and Fraud Management

• Assist in conducting regular risk analyses to ensure that the measures implemented are in line with the risks
• Ensure completeness, consistency and adequacy to the risks of all security measures implemented
• Improving the existing fraud management organization
• Coordinating fraud analysis
• Updating fraud risk mapping

2.4 Checks and audits

• Ensure compliance with safety policies, standards and procedures
• Ensure that information security is taken into account in each project
• Conduct controls to verify the proper application of the security repository - Propose a set of recommendations and improvements
• Lead the implementation of local security measures and proposed security action plans
