Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for initiating sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Lead Generation Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/ services using scripts;
- Answer questions about products, services, or the company;
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements;
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed;
- Enter and update customer information in the database;
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as telemarketing agent using search engines like (Compass, Yellow page, …etc);
- Proven experience in social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, …etc.) is a plus;
- Proven track record of lead generation;
- Preferred Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software);
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Self-motivated;
- Hand worker;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
