Job Description

  • Daily browsing of the company's e-mail and re-sending it to the concerned administration
  • Follow up on the group's social media pages, respond to clients and direct them to sales officials
  • Arranging the records and documents of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
  •  Reservation of everything related to the Chairman of the Board of Directors (airline tickets - hotels) by communicating with airlines and hotels to provide The most reasonable price and the best efficiency
  •  Follow up on the quotations requested by chairman  for ads and websites
  • Follow-up and implementation of all kinds of publications related to the group companies
  •  Photographing and documenting the company's products to appear in a decent appearance for the company
  • Continue uploading the company's photos and products on the social media pages, according to the marketing plan proposed by chairman 
  • Supervising the cleaning work existing in the higher management
  • Creating a file for the group’s documents soft and hard copy, in cooperation with the group’s financial manager
  • Renewal of the annual subscriptions of the group companies and contracting with any publicist in accordance with the directives of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  • Creating designs for the group companies on occasions to be uploaded to the group accounts
  • Buying marketing gifts in accordance with the directives of the Board of Directors

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in dealing with computers.
  • Good  communication skills.
  • Responding to any extraordinary work.
  • Sufficient knowledge of public relations and the work of the office manager
  • Females Only
  • University degree.
  • Excellent English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
