Job Description
- Answer customer calls.
- Assist customers in sending or checking documents.
- Answer customer business inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Handle abnormal matters in the receiving
- Dispatching process.
- Assist the branch supervisor to arrange the work of the courier, collect the business accounts, etc.
- Deal with cash outlet customers.
Job Requirements
- College degree or above
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- 0- 1 year practical experience in customer service
- Patient and stable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good English and Microsoft office.
- Experience in customer service team leader and training is preferred.
