Job Description

  • Follow-up to provide the medical service in an optimal manner by following up the quality and reviewing the materials, medical devices and tools, treatment protocols and interventional procedures in clinics or in external hospitals, and following up on medical documents and medical files for clients and patients.
  • Ensure that the patient has the full rights of treatment and maintain the rights of confidentiality and privacy in treatment.
  • Application and follow-up of infection control procedures in branches and examination rooms, and training of technicians, doctors and administrators on them.
  • Follow up the registration and licensing of clinics and deal with the competent governmental and non-governmental agencies
  • Request to appoint doctors and technicians and set the conditions and qualifications required for each job Interview, selection and appointment of doctors, technicians and assistants according to the work need in coordination with the Administrative Director and the Human Resources Department
  • Follow up the schedules of doctors and technicians attendance and provide alternatives in cases of apologies and absences
  • Supervising the supplies and materials and following up their quality, powers and results with the doctors in the different departments
  • Carrying out feasibility studies in conjunction with the administrative director, the financial director and specialized doctors in case of providing new services, new devices or new departments
  • Follow-up on the results of medical procedures, operations, sessions, and intervention in the event of a violation of administrative, technical and medical laws and regulations, and submit a report of violations to the administration, and it has the right to take what is necessary to prevent harm to clients and clinics.
  • Receive and investigate medical complaints from clients and take technical and administrative decisions after referring to the administration.
  • The work of the pricing committee to discuss changes in the prices of services provided in the clinics, in coordination with the administrative director, the financial director and the director of operations, and to determine the offers and prices for all services.
  • Contracting with hospitals in case of providing services inside hospitals in coordination with the Administrative Director
  • Research, investigation and investigation into the causes and shortcomings in work and production, and follow up on the optimal utilization of resources and not wasting them.
  • Examine the cases of discounts and respond to them, rejection or approval, in a way that does not achieve the loss, in coordination with the administrative and financial manager.
  • Dealing and contracting with insurance companies or companies providing technical and medical services to achieve the desired gains, develop work and increase production.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing clinics, medical centers or hospitals
  • It is preferable to have a specialized certificate in management
  • Full-time and the ability to follow the progress of work and solve problems
  • The applicant must be a graduate of one of the medical colleges (human medicine - pharmacy - dentistry - physical therapy)
