IT Project Engineer

A very well-known multinational Company located in Fifth Settlement, is looking for an “IT Site Engineer” for a 6-month project.

Job Description:

• Install, support, maintain, repair and manage ICT hardware & software peripheral equipment.
• Pre-installation of servers and workstations.
• Install and Manage VMware infrastructure.
• Perform VMware installations and manage updates/patches as required.
• Activation of all operating systems.
• Troubleshooting System, Network problems and diagnosing, solving hardware or software faults. 
• Troubleshooting IP Hardware Issue.
• Assess, evaluate and implement on the most appropriate solution and course of action for customers within SLA timescales.
• Deliver productive support to business users, investigating and resolving incidents and requests on wide-range.
• Troubleshooting network and other IT related problems.
• Provide a first point of contact for all ICT related issues.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all Microsoft Systems, such as server resources.
