Job Description
- Provide legal interpretation and guidance on all legal
- Contract Translation.
- Matters related to company activities in compliance.
- Dealing with all external governmental and non-governmental agencies. outdoors and indoors
- Representing the Company in all legal matters.
- Handling all corporate legal issues including board resolutions, general assemblies.
- Monitoring and evaluating changes in Egyptian law.
- Assistance in conducting labor legal investigations
- Revision of legal documents and contracts
- Handle legal compliances and due diligence matters
- Provide legal advice for companies regarding their daily corporate activities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- 5-7 years of experience (preferred in companies)
- Flexible and can work under pressure.
- Strong communication and Negotiations skills.
- Having good documentation skills.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
