Job Description
We are a pioneer company in the field of Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) in Egypt established in 2015. www.amtech3d.com
Our scope of activities includes;
- Resellers of European quality 3D printers,
- 3D Printing services with various material and techniques,
- 3D Scanning services and Reverse Engineering, and
- Design and fabrication of prototypes (Rapid prototyping).
We are seeking to employ a Mechatronics Engineer with the following main job responsibilities:-
- Operation, maintenance and repair of 3D printers,
- Troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and analysis,
- 3D design and modelling of engineering and organic objects using 3d design software such as Free CAD, Fusion 360, Sketchup, 3D Max, Rhino, Geomagic etc.,
- 3D Scanning and Reverse Engineering,
- Finishing of 3D printed models,
- Sourcing and procurement of parts, and
- Research and development.

Main position requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
- Interest / experience in the design, development, operation, maintenance and repair of 3D printers.
- Very good communication and reporting skills,
- Trouble-shooter, problem solver,
- Good design capabilities using professional 3D design software,
- Good command of the English language,
- Competent at MS Office programs.
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
- Extra hours may sometimes be necessary to meet deadlines.
