Job Description
- Ability to connect and build relationships with Trainees and colleagues from varied ethnicities, ages, backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities
- Delivering training across the entire organization
- Someone who has an obsession with constantly learning new technologies, a personal dedication to always be up to date with the very latest coding languages, deployment technologies, and industry best practices.
- Partnering with the Data Science organization and other subject matter experts to create and execute actionable training plans
- Joining departmental meetings for training sessions, where applicable
- Utilizing a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have a degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of industry experience with Power BI
- Experience delivering teaching or training of Data analysis using Excel to corporates
- Minimum of two years of industry experience in Tableau
- Acts as a technical mentor guiding Trainees on a technical journey of discovery
- Working experience in business intelligence and data analysis
