Job Description

  • Act as a Support for the local IT Team in each territory.
  • Manage, Configure and troubleshoot all unified VOIP communication systems and Collaboration including IP telephony, Voice mail, IM Messaging and Cloud services. Conference in HQ and branches& Coordinate with the vendor according to the SLA.
  • Manage and configure all collaboration endpoints and systems
  • Identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems related to IP telephony systems
  • Manage, configure and troubleshoot Video Conference systems and Endpoints
  • Develop and oversee the adherence to maintenance and performance standards of data, voice or video network hardware and systems.
  • Troubleshoot highly complex data, voice or video network and hardware problems.
  • Designs, builds, configures, installs, monitors, and supports all VOIP and collaboration systems.
  • Ability to engage in creating backup strategies for the data and recovery plan Collaboration solutions.
  • Regular Operation of the network infrastructure.
  • Applying bug fixes and patches.
  • Monitor, analyze and resolve issues according to policy.
  • Design, Deploy and Document networks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications engineering or equivalent.
  • Years of experience from (2-5), specially in implementing and operating enterprise campus networks and Cisco unified communications solutions.

  • Solid understanding and practical experience of Cisco Unified Communications manager, Cisco Jabber, Cisco IM and Presence, Cisco Unity Connection, Voice gateways/routers/switches, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Webex Teams, Meetings, Devices. calling and hybrid services.
  • Solid understanding and practical SIP trunks and CUBEs.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience of Video Calling with Cisco Video Endpoints.
  • Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and QOS.
  • Understanding of voice protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP.
  • B1 – C1 English Language proficiency
