Job Description
- Respond to all customer through phone calls and social media
- Record and prepare orders on social media, website and other external websites like souq, noon.
- Coordinate and follow up shipping with courier companies
- Communicate with retail outlets regarding inventory & prepare POs
- Prepare orders for retail outlets and coordinate shipping
- Handle returned and damaged items
- Occasionally handle in office customers
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent use of Word, Excel.
- Photoshop knowledge will be a plus.
- Previous experience (2-3 years) in administration and customer service is necessary.
- Knowledge of natural beauty products is a plus.
