Job Description
- Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers
- Generate sales leads and acquire new customers
- Coordinate with operations/Finance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies
- Visit customers in their assigned (geographical) areas
- Keep a record of customer visits and update the CRM system regularly
- Prepare proposals and quotations to customers
- Promote Directions Ltd. services to customers
- Ensure having valid customer contracts and ensure they are renewed on time
- Ensure that overdue collections and problematic cases are resolved with the customers
- Identify new opportunities and Gain new business
- Ensure KPIs are met (targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts)
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience – preferably freight forwarding/shipping line sales
- Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent,
- Excellent command of Arabic/English
- CRM Knowledge and Computer skills
- Organization and Communication skills
- Preferably owns a car
- Good knowledge of import/export and customs clearance regulations is a plus
