Job Description
Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring company paid media advertising in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales through.
- Handle media buying campaigns from A to Z on social media platforms starting from planning, targeting, set KPIS & spending till generating reports.
- Create Paid Ads & content strategies for digital media (Facebook, Instagram.) To generate qualified leads with suitable budget.
- Obtaining the best advertising rates that fit with the agreed media strategy.
- Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Developing performance campaigns on Facebook / Instagram and Google Ad-Words and YouTube.
- Monitoring and managing the ongoing campaigns and ensure their optimum performance to meet our objectives.
- Ensure that the adverts run accurately so that the desired media message is seen by consumers.
- Undertake research on the cosmeceutical industry developments, new opportunities and competitors' activity.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in any field
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
- Expert knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads with the ability to execute campaign structure best practices
- Digital Tool Experience
- Strong experience using the full portfolio of digital tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google UTM Builder
- Interest in following advertising and media trends
- Excellent understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinker and problem-solving skills
