Job Description
- Managing workers on the production line, ensuring they all work together as a team and follow protocols.
- Maintain careful control of quality of production to high standards and assures that scrap generation is minimal.
- Receive and confirm weekly production plans, feedback periodically plan adherences to planning dept., This involves planning the tasks to be completed along the production lines and all the individual stations.
- Request drawings modifications from engineering department.
- Analysis of the production quality, material utilization, productivity index & performance data in charts, graphs and other forms of measuring information.
- Define KPI for the production department.
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
- 8+ Years’ experience (preferred in metal industry)
- V. Good command of using MS office programs (specially excel - access )
- Very Good in English.
